Patch 83 Updates...
1. Safe Zone in CC 3 around Blackmarket NPC
2. Guards in CC 3 near Blackmarket NPC
Fixes...
1. Hermit buff text fixed
Was showing 120 mins, instead of 30 mins
2. Text error with Weapon fixed
Was showing as Diamond Gloves, instead of Diamond Wheels
3. Bloody Plains Guard issue fixed
Guards respawn after BnW war ends
4. Clan Relic equip bug fixed
Used to give 'Can equip only one clan relic' message if any other relic equipped
5. World map text error fixed
Caln -> Clan
